Day-2-Day 
Our Day-2-Day sales department handles the daily telephone, fax and email inquiries, quotations and sales orders. From short-length orders to full line electrical packages, they process the inquiries, provide quotations, and will handle sales orders through shipping and invoicing.
Dedicated and product trained to ensure that your company's requirements are met or exceeded, specifications met and your product is delivered in a timely manner. All procedures are inline with our accredited Quality Assurance Program to ISO9001:2008.

Our Projects Team handles the project agreement packages from initial conception through the complete process to shipping and documentation packages.
Procurement
Eutex services international end users, contractors, and distributors in the offshore, marine and petrochemical industries. From the smallest tube fitting to transmitters, valves, cables and tubing, we support your company's electrical and instrumentation procurement needs from A to Z.
Instrumentation: The field of measuring, controlling and manipulating an industrial process. Instrumentation products range from tube fittings to transmitters, switches, valves, control cables, tubing, etc.
Electrical: The field of generating, transmitting, and distributing electricity. Electrical products range from conduit fittings to transformers, cables, enclosure boxes, conduits, fixtures, switches, hazardous area equipment, etc.
Our sales force includes engineers who will analyze your specifications and drawings, then select final product(s) that will meet or exceed your specifications while staying within your budgetary goals. Our sales personnel will coordinate quoting and purchasing, and our shipping department will handle export crating and shipping.
EUTEX project services are focused on and are tailored to meet the needs of engineering contractors. Our staff are knowledgeable in all projects steps, from feasibility studies to commission passing through design and construction, we are ready to provide your electrical and process instrumentation project with the support it needs in each and every step of the way.

Training
In partnership with ATEC Training & Certification Services, LLC, the following courses are available: ATEX / CE Directives & Marking, ATEX / CE Competency Course, CompEx and Cable Glanding & Installation. IEC Cable Specialists
All of our staff are fully trained in the latest IEC Standards for electrical cables. Continuous in-house training through a training program is implemented to ensure all staff in our sales and technical departments are always aware of changes to standards, specification and pending IEC standard updates.
ATEX / Hazardous Area Products Specialists
As with our IEC Cable Training Program, all technical engineers and sales staff have continuous Atex & hazardous area products training at Lunch & Learns that are held by the manufacturers of our products. The company Training Academy also holds special training sessions to ensure everyone is up-to-date with the latest standards and technologies.
Local Regional Stock
Eutex holds regional stock at our headquarters in Houston, Texas; with over $4,000,000 worth of inventory at any given time, including IEC electrical cables, onshore, offshore and marine products and a full range of hazardous area products. Our Singapore facility, Eutex (Asia) Pte Ltd, also holds over $2,000,000 of electrical cables and accessories. Holding stock at various manufacturing facilities around the world gives Eutex the capabilities of supplying almost any region.
Cable Cutting Facilities
Our distribution centers have cable cutting machines that can cut from 1ft to 10,000 feet of cable, and can cut and ship within a 2 hour time window for urgent orders. The cable machines (20 tonnage) are fully calibrated by external specialist companies in-line with our Quality Assurance Program.
Export & Shipping Services
In addition to offering competitive pricing, EUTEX is committed to provide the services necessary for our clients to prosper in today's competitive climate. We constantly review air and ocean freight costs with several forwarders, ship lines and airlines in order to provide the best rates for our customers. All phases of export documentation and regulation are monitored to allow for easy and quick delivery of cargo. Packaging and crating capabilities are available at competitive rates.
Emergency Call-Out
A EUTEX strength - Many companies advertise 24/7/365, but are not actually on-call all the time! When partnering with Eutex, you will be assured of our commitment to customer service with emergency backup personnel on standby on evenings and weekend. We are geared to be able to have product ready at any time (call out charges will apply).
Emergency After-Hours Deliveries
Along with our call-out service, we can deliver locally or have team members on standby for your after-hours emergency needs.
Order Expediting
You are welcome to call Eutex's customer support to expedite any order at any time. Many clients set up weekly or biweekly expediting for their ongoing orders placed with the Day-2-Day Distribution Department. At the client's request, project orders may have special expediting that is arranged per project depending on size.
Expediting Reporting
Eutex is able to coordinate with your dedicated expeditor(s) or buyer(s), as prefered, and provide updates depending upon your specific requirements.
Order "Call-Off"
All Eutex hubs have call-off facilities where goods can be stored, securely held and shipped for on-call deliveries / cuts / shipments.
Project Management
Project management is one of our specialties! Eutex dedicates team members to your specific project, and will work with you from initial conception, liaising from the beginning with your engineers, through all stages to delivery of certified product. Through the time-line of the project, we can hold stock as agreed, enabling you to have peace-of-mind that top-ups and products will be held, and shipped as required. We have full documentation packages, and can provide a turnkey solution for the complete electrical project. From small line projects to full-line multimillion dollar projects, we have a reputation of handling the project with the care and professionalism you would expect.
Certification
All IEC electrical cables manufactured to the various standards are manufactured with full Test Certification.

Gland Kit Packages
We offer gland kit packages for your contracts or day-2-day distribution requirements. These kits include tagged and marked packages containing the glands, lock-nut, earth tag, and I.P nylon washer and shroud. (stainless steel washer on request). Contact your local salesman to discuss your specific requirements.
Inventory Control
The Eutex inventory Control Program is designed to have twice yearly full-line stock takes, and continual product cycle counts throughout the year, ensuring that our stocks and inventory control records are up-to-date. The last thing a customer needs is to order and be told a product is available, only to find out when the order is processed the stock is not there! We diligently control our stock levels with a fully integrated IT management system.
Long Term Contracts
Eutex holds long term contracts with various companies to ensure that stock is available when you need it. Also, fixed pricing is one of the greatest assets to working with Eutex on long term contracts. Contact a salesman in your region to discuss your companies specific needs.
Lunch & Learn Programs
The best way to ensure that your company is up-to-date with the latest legislative ??? and approvals, is to request a "Lunch & Learn" with our team. These can be held at your location for designers, engineers, buyers, and other applicable staff. Eutex has held over 300 lunch & Learns to date with tailored sessions depending on specific requirements.
Delivery Services
Our Houston and Singapore hubs can dispatch orders up to 5pm local time for next day delivery if required (subject to terms). Saturday / Sunday services also available.
Will Call
For clients requiring immediate cutting and orders, goods will be packaged and ready for "will call" within 60 minutes of placing an order.
