PRICING & VALIDITY: Pricing is based on the quantities quoted. Should the quantities change, please advise your salesperson for re- evaluation and re-bid to reflect new quantities. Valid for 15 days unless otherwise noted.
PACKING: Cable will either be coiled or reeled based on quantity and/or size of cable. Whenever possible, coils will be used. If reels are required, then an additional charge may occur. Accessories are securely packaged in boxes and taped. Pricing does not include export packing, special packing, heat treated reels, documentation, and kitting of glands and accessories
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: All orders are subject to a $250 minimum order unless previously agreed in writing.
CABLE TOLERENCE: + / – 5% per line item. Actual measured lengths will be billed.
CUTTING CHARGE: Cable lengths of 150ft & below shall have a $25.00 cutting charge per line item.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS: Line items that are being specifically manufactured/assembled are 100% non-cancellable/non-returnable after order placement. Minimum order quantities may apply and will be advised.
AVAILABILITY: Items quoted from Ex-Stock locations are subject to remaining un-sold. Manufactured items lead times are subject to order confirmation and/or final drawing approvals.
DAMAGED GOODS: Should there be any evidence of damage, please advise EUTEX within one business day of delivery. No claims will be guaranteed after one business day.
DISCREPENCIES: Should there be any discrepancies against the packing slip supplied, please advise EUTEX within one business day of delivery. No claims will be guaranteed after one business day.
CREDIT & PAYMENT TERMS: New customers are required to complete a credit application. This application will be evaluated, and a credit term and limit assigned. Credit evaluation can take up to 5 business days to complete. Until the credit term and limit are approved, new customers will be required to pay for orders placed up front by ACH, wire transfer or major credit card.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Credit card payments of $10,000 USD or greater will be subject to a service chare of 3.36%
RETURNS: Special manufactured/assembled items are non-returnable. Other returns are subject to EUTEX authorization and are subject to restocking fees. All authorized returns must be accompanied with an approved EUTEX Return Materials Authorization Form, otherwise the returned goods will not be accepted and returned at client cost. Items are deemed non-returnable after 60 days from date of shipment. In addition, Cable under 150ft will be non-returnable unless deemed as a discrepancy.
FORCE MAJEURE: EUTEX is not liable, nor responsible, directly or indirectly for loss or damage due to delay in delivery of goods or any part thereof by reason of Act of God, war, strike, lock-outs, hostilities, industrial dispute, fire, explosion, breakdowns, failure of sources of supply of raw materials, government action, delay in fuel supply or any other cause of action out of the reasonable control of EUTEX.
EXPORT CONTROL: Buyer agrees and warrants to EUTEX that it will not export or re-export goods and services purchased from EUTEX, or any portion of thereof, in any form in violation of the laws and regulations of the United States or any other jurisdiction or country without the appropriate United States and foreign government export or import licenses or other official authorization.
GENERAL: Overall diameter and/or under armor sizing are “nominal” and are for information purposes only. All quotes are subject to EUTEX Full Terms and Conditions of Sale. Clerical errors are subject to correction.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are not included. Customers are invited to collect goods from our designated/stated locations to avoid freight handling costs. Goods are quoted EXW (ex-Works location) unless otherwise stated.
If you would like EUTEX to arrange delivery, please note the following charges:
- Local Delivery (within Houston) – Shipping cost plus $25.00
- Delivery within North America – Shipping cost plus $25.00
- UPS / FEDEX – Shipping cost plus $25.00.
- Please note that UPS also charge extra per reel.
- International Shipments – Shipping cost plus 10%, with a minimum charge $50.00 per shipment.
