Our story
Origins (1998-2009)
EUTEX founded in Houston, Texas. Specializing in hazardous area electrical supply.
EUTEX Asia Pte Ltd established in Singapore. International expansion begins.
Global expansion (2010-2019)
ATEC Training and Certification Services launched in Houston. CompEx, ATEX/IECEx training and hazardous area inspection services established.
ATEC MOXI established in Singapore. Expansion into EEHA, IECEx, and CompEx training and inspection across Southeast Asia.
ISO 9001 certification achieved for quality management systems.
ATEC rebranded to ATEC Global Services Pte Ltd. CompEx training centres expanded across Southeast Asia.
Strategic distribution agreement with AmerCable. Type P and IEEE 45 marine and offshore cable systems added to the range.
IECEx Certified Service Facility status achieved.
Integration and recognition (2019-2024)
Recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. EUTEX and ATEC merged to create an integrated hazardous area solutions platform.

US focus (2024-2026)
Asia and UAE training division strategically divested to Ellite Oil & Gas. APAC hazardous area inspection services divested to K2 Energy Group. Strategic focus on the US market.
